Participation in the y.c.e CLUB is free of charge and requires a personal customer account.

Points are only credited for orders and actions carried out with the registered customer account.

For purchases, you receive 1 y.c.e point per 1 CHF, EUR, or USD of merchandise value. Shipping costs and redeemed discounts are not considered in the point calculation.

Points for an order are credited as soon as the order is fully completed.

In the event of a cancellation, refund, or return, the points received for it will be deducted again.

Points for a product review are awarded once per purchased product. The review must comply with our review guidelines and be published.

The birthday gift will be credited once a year on your birthday. Please ensure your date of birth is entered correctly and on time in your customer account.

Each reward can only be redeemed once. Redeemed points cannot be refunded or transferred to another customer account.

Rewards can also be used during a sale but cannot be combined with other coupon codes or promotions.

Your y.c.e points are valid for 12 months from the date of credit. Unredeemed points will automatically expire thereafter.
