RETURNS & REFUNDS
All products are made individually only after you place your order. Please order mindfully to avoid unnecessary overproduction.
A return is only possible if an item was damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly. In that case, you have 15 days to contact us. Within 7 days of receiving your order, send us a photo and a brief description of the issue.
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will inform you whether it has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, this usually takes 3–5 business days. Only unused items in their original condition will be refunded. Products showing signs of use (e.g., stains, hair, damage) are excluded. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if defects were not reported within the deadline.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
It’s rare, but it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this happens, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order at support@yce-fashion.com. Include the order number for the mislabeled item and a photo of it. We’ll send you a replacement or refund your purchase price!
EXCHANGES
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Since we only have the items made when they are ordered, we do not currently offer exchanges.
To ensure your new favorite pieces fit just right, we’ve included clear size charts in the product descriptions for all clothing items. This way, you can quickly find the size that’s perfect for you.

RETURNS DUE TO NON-DELIVERABILITY
Shipments that cannot be delivered due to an address error, or shipments that are not collected from the parcel locker and are therefore returned to us, can be resent for a shipping fee or we can cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, a return and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
